      Requisitos
    • Edad: de 35 a 50 años
    • Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia o Administración
      Experiência como Gerente de Ventas en canal HORECA o Food Services:

    • Preferente conocer la unidad de negocio de artículos de hogar, cristalería o similar:
    • Manejo de equipos de trabajo
    • Conocimiento en procesos de ventas
    • Cartera de clientes activa
    • Manejo de office nível avanzado
    • Manejo de ERP
      Actividades
    • Identificar los segmentos, canales de distribución y de comunicación adecuados para posicionar los productos de la empresa.
    • Desarrollar estrategias comerciales para aumentar nuestra cartera de clientes, aumentar el tráfico en la unidad de negocio y optimizar la rentabilidad.
    • Cumplir los objetivos de ventas capacitando, motivando, asesorando al personal de ventas.
    • Acompañamiento del personal de ventas en reuniones con clientes
    • Prospección de clientes nuevos y sus procesos de ventas
    • Asistencia a eventos, ferias, exposiciones donde participa la empresa
      Ofrecemos

    • Sueldo base mensual por honorarios de $20 mil:
