- Oversee the capacity planning process to ensure the efficient utilization of resources within the Professional Services team
- Collaborate with team leads and project managers to understand project requirements and resource needs
- Develop and maintain sophisticated capacity planning models that accurately forecast resource requirements based on historical data, project timelines, and business objectives
- Continuously refine models to improve accuracy and adapt to changing business conditions
- Utilize capacity management tools, with a focus on proficiency in PS tools such as Kantata, to monitor and manage resource allocation
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing tools and processes to enhance efficiency
- Produce capacity forecasts that align with sales projections and business strategies
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to incorporate data and insights into capacity projections
- Analyze historical data, sales forecasts, and other relevant information to identify trends and patterns that may impact resource capacity
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in capacity planning within a Professional Services environment
- Strong proficiency in capacity planning tools, with specific experience in Kantata
- Excellent data analysis and modeling skills
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
