    We are looking for a Store Manager who will bring creativity and leadership to our team. It is necessary you have the desire to help bring our fashion to the future while maintaining the integrity of our brand's past. Reporting to the District Manager, the purpose of this position will be to direct and lead superior retail strategies and perform store operation functions to achieve financial growth and sustained brand equity.

    About the Job


    • Presence in the field 70% of the time visiting stores based on the calendar of priorities and business needs, strengthening sales behaviors and reinforcing product and brand knowledge daily.


    • Conduct product, service, or promotion training according to business needs for Retail teams, especially prior to the start of new seasons and major promotional seasons, prioritizing key points of sale.


    • Responsible for leading induction processes for new permanent and temporary hires, with particular emphasis on managerial positions, offering ongoing support and timely feedback, in coordination with the corresponding District Manager.
    • Development of product knowledge materials - support in the development of Seasonal Product Guides, in accordance with institutional guidelines and brand image.


    • Delivery of training progress reporting based on the priority and strategy set by zone and region.


    • Follow-up on the use of training tools, supporting users.
    • Contribute to the organization and development of content for national events and meetings, according to business needs.


    • Stay informed and updated on product knowledge on the sales floor, as well as fashion trends and awareness of industry competition.


    • Stay updated on visual presentation guidelines and brand environment required to contribute to national standardization, always relying on the visual merchandising team assigned to their zone.


    • Ensure that the information and content communicated are reliable, accurate, and relevant so that the field team has the necessary elements to interact with consumers in accordance with corporate practices and guidelines, elevating and standardizing the team and brand presence in different points of sale.


    • Propose programs or strategies aimed at improving or facilitating in-store operations on various topics such as:

  • Consumer obsession on the sales floor
  • Service model and honest, authentic connections with consumers
  • Key commercial indicators and how to impact them
  • Sales floor restocking and relevance
  • Specific actions for each point of contact with low and high traffic
  • Any additional corporate programs
    • Constant communication with District Managers, assertive and proactive participation, providing vision and proposals.
    • Contribute to maintaining established corporate communication lines with the field team and providing relevant information, limiting oneself to their functions, maintaining the company's image at all times, and prioritizing the company's interests.
    • Identify training needs or tools for future creation in the short and medium term, ensuring national standardization at all times.
    • Carry out the logistics required for training events, managing the allocated budget, seeking savings, and ensuring ethical practices at all times.
    • Updated knowledge of store systems, POS, inventory management, and all store operations.
    • Updated knowledge of income reporting, expense incomes, and other financial control and inventory processes of the stores.
