Our global Learning & Development organization is looking for a passionate and highly qualified Learning Innovation & Technology Specialist who is passionate about making learning simple, engaging, effective, and accessible and who can help us to design and deliver exceptional learner and customer experiences.

Working with learning solutions architects, instructional designers, training delivery teams, functional IT teams, and learning technology vendors, this person will help to deploy learning solutions that use effective, efficient, learner-centric, scalable, and data-driven learning technologies.

These solutions include innovations in the areas of automation, knowledge management, game-based-learning, social-collaborative learning, learning simulations, and AI-based learning, enabling TTEC to drive significant and measurable performance improvement for our clients.


The Learning Innovation & Technology Specialist will serve as a trusted advisor to those he or she will work with by providing learning innovation and technology expertise and thought leadership.

He or she will work closely with the training delivery teams to understand their IT infrastructure and architecture requirements, supporting trainers in enhancing instruction, improving learner experience and performance, and assisting learners in becoming technologically savvy.


On a typical day you will:

  • Build the prototypes for learner-centric, effective, efficient, and data-driven learning technologies for the L&D solutions proposed by learning solutions architects
  • Create and facilitate demos and presentations on learning technologies for internal teams and clients
  • Collaborate with TTEC's Information Security on learning technology security features and approvals (e.g., UAT, integrations, SSO, URL whitelisting, etc.)
  • Evaluate current functionalities in learning design and delivery technologies and provide improvement recommendations in partnership with IT teams and learning technology vendors
  • Provide feedback to learning technology vendors about the bugs encountered during learning technology rollouts
  • Research and drive new features in learning design, delivery, and evaluation technologies in partnership with IT teams and learning technology vendors
  • Collaborate with Human Capital to improve LMS features and integrations
  • Collaborate with project managers and training delivery teams to ensure a successful deployment of training delivery solutions (training delivery apps, webcams, LMS learning journeys, etc.)
  • Research emerging trends in learning science and technology
  • Facilitate educational sessions on learning science and technology for internal L&D and other teams

Technical Skills you'll need:


  • Bachelor's degree in IT/computer science/virtual learning/elearning/education or similar field (a certificate/coursework in digital media/multimedia is desired)
  • Advanced Internet skills and computer knowledge
  • 4+ yrs of experience in:
  • Learning design and delivery technologies (e.g., LMS/LXP, web-based authoring tools for rapid design, knowledge management systems, game-based learning apps, training delivery apps (including videoconferencing tools), interactive presentation tools, collaboration apps, etc.) and their integrations (e.g., through SSO, APIs)
  • Creating learning content using advanced features in audio
- and video-editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, etc.)

  • Creating user content using basic graphic design features (in Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
