    _ADVANCED ENGLISH SKILLS REQUIRED_- HIGHSCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT REQUIRED_THIS POSITION PROVIDES HIGH-QUALITY TELEPHONIC SUPPORT TO POTENTIAL NEW LAW FIRM/ATTORNEY CUSTOMERS THROUGH A LEGAL INTAKE PROCESS


    RESPONSIBILITIES:


    • RECEIVE INTAKES FOR LEGAL SITUATIONS FROM POTENTIAL NEW CLIENTS VIA ELECTRONIC OR TELEPHONIC SOURCES.
    • MAKE MULTIPLE FOLLOW-UP CALLS TO POTENTIAL NEW CLIENTS WITH THE GOAL OF MAKING SUCCESSFUL CONTACT.
    • DISCUSS THEIR LEGAL SITUATION AND PROMPT THE INTAKE CONTACT TO ANSWER A SERIES OF QUESTIONS TO DETERMINE QUALIFICATION FOR THE LEGAL INTAKE.
    • SEND LEGAL DOCUMENTS FOR SIGNATURE TO CONTACTS AND FOLLOW-UP FOR SIGNING.

    QUALIFICATIONS:


    • PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A DIRECT CUSTOMER CONTACT POSITION IS PREFERRED.
    • CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATION.
    • EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
    • BASIC PC KNOWLEDGE, WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEMS, INTERNET AND MAINSTREAM WEB BROWSERS.
      SCHEDULE MONDAY
    • FRIDAY 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
      SALARY AND BENEFITS MONTHLY BASE SALARY $16000 PESOS (WEEKLY NET $3,450 APPROX)+MONTHLY BONUS $1500$500 FOOD STAMPS (AFTER 3 MONTHS)4% SAVINGS STAMPS15 DAYS CHRISTMAS BONUS *ALL MEXICAN LAW BENEFITS APPLY*_
