- Gathering and documenting customer requirements, prioritizing and scheduling clients request, participation in customer meetings, resolving day to day end user problems, and process / best practices consulting.

- Good knowledge of ADP GV Payroll & ADP WFM solution.
- Country legislative knowledge in Payroll processing (North America).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
