The responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Handling of a high volume of inbound calls to the Agent Support department
  • Analyze the needs of the agent and offer the appropriate solution
  • Maintain an industry leading service level
  • Communicate across various departments to resolve issues reported by our agents

  • Qualifications
Bachelor ́s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
Basic English (advanced is preferred)
Intermediary MS Excel skills
Detail oriented and strong teamwork skills
Ability to multi-task and problem solve
