- The position is located in Mexico City, Mexico.
- Process visitors entering the building by validating their identification. Assists visitors with determining proper access. Manages and maintains VIP badges and other visitor badges as required.
- Schedules and prepares conference rooms for courses, meetings, and incoming delegations. Sets-up training materials in the conference rooms and upload instructors' material to the training room screens.
- Coordinates with Program Assistants for the purchase of training materials and coffee break supplies.
- Prepares course and meeting materials and supplies. Manages the inventory of training and coffee break supplies and notifies leadership on items to be reordered.
- Responsible for receiving and accounting for supplies and packages.
- Implements emergency procedures as situation occurs.

- Mexican Citizen or Third Country National.
- Spanish FSI level 4/4.
- English FSI level 3/3.
- Bachelor's degree in international relations, social sciences, or business administration
- Two (2) years' experience in an administrative position within a professional setting.
- Ability to pass a U.S. Embassy RSO security background check.
- Ability to deal effectively with senior U.S. and GOM officials.
- Experience in drafting and authoring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
