Human Resources Employee Support

This role has been designated as 'Edge', which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

The Human Resources (HR) division is responsible for the integral assistance of employees.

This includes recruiting activities, administration, compensation, performance management, employee development, as well as the allocation of work-life-balance and training programs.

- and back-end processes. Defines the strategy for HR Operations support of Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures and Outsourcing (MADO). Leads, coordinates and provides HR Operations support for all MADO employee transitions.


How you'll make your mark:


  • Provide customer service and orientation regarding HR questions, policies, benefits and programs.
  • Ensure data integrity and of HR systems.
  • Daily handling and maintenance of our internal HR system:
  • Completing new hires profiles, updating employee information, etc.
  • Support local and global programs, working with Country HR ́s and Global Points of contacts.
  • Implements and manages one part of process or project delivery with team guidance and instructions.
  • Identifies areas for process improvements; provides solutions for nonstandard, subprocess activities.
  • Assists with analytical and administrative support tasks for priority projects of varying complexity.
  • Resolves employee HR support cases of moderate complexity that cannot be answered immediately through service centers.
  • Assists with basic reporting needs and analyzes survey, employee, and financial data.

About you:


  • Firstlevel university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 02 years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources.
  • Basic knowledge of processes, systems, and overall HR environment.
  • Basic HR knowledge.
  • Good communications skills.
  • Basic quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Good customer orientation.
  • Advanced English
