    Objective of the position

    We are bringing attention 7x24, 365 days of year to users of batch process for correct execution of this in dates and manual, using control-M. This process are so important from Company because generate transactions like commission's payment, provider payment, policy cancellation/renewals, doing archives from process.

    This is a night shift position from 10 PM to 6 AM.

    Main responsibilities


    • Run control-M process


    • Suspension control-M process


    • Programming control-M process


    • Monitoring of daily production control-M process


    • Timely monitoring of the execution of processes requested on demand


    • Daily log filling


    • Proactive participation in incident calls


    • Constant communication with the end user to attend to monthly closings
