Manager, Mexico Digital Products and Acceptance

Overview

We work with banks, merchants, and digital participants to enable consumers to use connected devices for everyday shopping and payments.

As part of the Digital Payments team in the Latin America and Caribbean region, you will be an integral part in driving our digital product strategy by enabling banks, merchants, digital partners, and fintech's to use Mastercard's digital assets, such as tokenization and push provisioning.

Role

Act as a product owner for Mastercard's tokenization (MDES), including MDES for Devices and push provisioning (Token Connect) solutions throughout the local market and Latin America teams.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as Regional Product, Account Managers, Delivery, Franchise, and Implementation, to drive the successful execution of our products/solutions in the market.
Manage MDES data and optimization efforts, including the development of dashboard for internal and external consumption
Lead market product managers to drive and execute on the Digital Payments strategy
Work with various stakeholders, such as banks and fintech's, to improve and optimize the performance of our products/solutions
Influence global product teams by bringing the Voice of Customer for consideration in product development
Provide expertlevel product/technical support to customers and market teams

All About You

Strong track record of launching technical products/solutions to market
Strong understanding of the Payments ecosystem
Ability to both operate at a strategic level and dive into the technical details with ease
Act as a team player, with an entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility with regards to deliverables
Experience working with APIdriven products/solutions a plus
Ability to drive datadriven discussions with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work effectively with remote teams
