    Responsibilities

    The Opportunity

    Our Jr Brand Content Designer role is a specialist with a specific skillset centered around art direction and design. A successful candidate must have a proficient level of understanding and functional capability in software designed for creation of graphics and designs from scratch, ability to edit and manipulate creative, and will be responsible for the development and creation of production ready graphics. Additionally, the Jr Brand Content Designer must be proficient in editorial design have the ability of generating a design system to tell a story with full consistency. The Jr Brand Content Designer is responsible for supporting the creative versioning of existing assets for our North America portfolio of brands to meet customer/consumer needs. They will also need to possess presentation creation skills to support requests for editing and creating presentation templates from scratch.

    Your Impact

    As a Jr Brand Content Designer, PFNA your functions would consist of:

  • Concept, deliver & development skills (templates, layout, design, colour, etc) to create and deliver presentations on time, to a high level of quality across different retail channels
  • Be a brand guardian, following brand guidelines closely
  • Adaptation of existing Key Visuals for Digital Ads, presentations, etc.
  • Ability to design and conceptualize master graphics and adapt to different POS materials/packaging design when needed
  • Previous experience with developing creative assets: banner ads, hero images, among others
  • Ability to build graphic and simple print designs and concepts when needed
  • Editorial skills to create compelling and mesmerizing visual presentations for Marketing internal use
  • Digital manipulation (including, product, color, layout,
  • Rapid prototyping (quick mockups)
  • HIGH aptitude to learn new things & sense of urgency to get things done
    • Qualifications

    Who Are We Looking For?

    Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field (advertising, graphic design, visual arts, etc.)

    • Experience

  • Language proficiency both in English and Spanish is a must for this role
  • Experience with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments; experience w/ CPG a plus
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and account teams
  • Strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills
  • Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making are a must
  • Self-motivation and ability to motivate others to creatively and strategically solve multiple problems at once, under quick deadlines
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign CS5 or above
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong creative portfolio, available online
