    Maintenance Engineer

    Job Functions

  • TPM implementation
  • Troubleshooting on mechanical andelectrical systems
  • Available to attend differentShifts.
  • Administration labor and materialneeds for preventive / corrective maintenance on machinery.
  • Maintains records regarding time,materials, and equipment usage.
  • Determines the need for outsidecontractors and assists in preparation of bid specifications and the selectionof contractors
  • Oversees and participates inelectrical repairs to building, equipment, hydraulic, pneumatic, electricdevices, and related tasks.
  • Performs control of equipment,schedule during time of day for energy savings for the energy managementsystem.
  • Organizes manufacturer's suggestedsystems and parts checks on all equipment into an ongoing preventativemaintenance schedule.
  • Evaluate newtechnologies and applications.
  • Perform deep and technical failureanalysis of defective mechanical / electric / electronic components that helpsto find root cause of failures.
  • Implements monitoring processes tomeasure efficiency and effectiveness of repair technicians.Develops, sustains, and improves processes toprovide feedback and training to repair technicians to improve their efficiencyand effectiveness.
  • Leading activities of tests inmachines, as well troubleshooting and improvements protocols concerning systems

  • Engineering Electromechanical, Electrical orMechanical
  • Strongtechnical knowledge and experience in maintenance and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)best practices and methodologies
  • English 80%
  • 8+years' experience in Industrial Maintenance
  • Proventrack record of successful implementation of TPM initiatives and projects
  • In-depthunderstanding of equipment maintenance strategies and techniques, includingpreventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
  • Familiaritywith manufacturing processes and technologies across various industries
  • Abilityto identify and prioritize critical maintenance needs and develop appropriateaction plans.
  • Excellentproblem-solving and analytical skills to identify root causes of equipmentfailures and inefficiencies.
  • Proficiencyin data analysis and interpretation to optimize maintenance performance andreliability.
  • Strongleadership and communication skills to drive TPM initiatives and collaboratewith cross-functional teams.
  • Abilityto train and mentor maintenance technicians and supervisors on TPM principlesand practices Any Certifications area a plus.
  • Knowledgeof continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma, tointegrate with TPM efforts.
  • Industrycertifications or qualifications related to TPM, and maintenance management arepreferred ideal candidate.
  • Availableto attend different Shifts.
