    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in an engineering field
    • +3 years experience in manufacturing environment
    • Knowledge of continuous improvement tools
    • Strong work ethics and ability to work in a fast pace environment
    • Excellent computer and communications skills
    • Ability to develop
    • Ability to well communicate up, downs and peers
    • English spoken and written (advanced).
