Interstaff LLC is a global staffing company searching for a
qualified Asistente de Marketing / Marketing Assistant (Entry Level) - Remote (USA).



Responsibilities:


  • Support various marketing tasks and contribute to daytoday operations.
  • Ensure precision and accuracy in managing marketing materials and information.
  • Actively participate in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrate adaptability by quickly learning and mastering new tools, including Shopify, Klayvio, Attentive, and Faire.
  • Execute repetitive tasks efficiently and with a focus on accuracy to enhance workflow processes.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of our presence in trade shows, including logístical coordination, booth setup, and postevent evaluation.
  • Efficiently manage influencer orders for press, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining positive relationships with influencers.
  • Assist in managing wholesale accounts, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Systematically organize and manage marketing content, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval for the team.
  • Collaborate on various marketing initiatives, contributing to tasks such as market research, competitor analysis, and promotional material development.

Qualifications:


  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to assume diverse responsibilities within the marketing domain.

Pay:
