    Job Description

    • Support definition and implementation of standardized and innovative processes and capabilities.
    • Collect requirements from Boschplants and shared functions.
    • Support testing, secure a sustainable implementation and compliance of the process standards.
    • Train and coach user departments on how to apply standard processes.
    • Intensive communication, collaboration and change management in an international environment.

    Qualifications

    • Supply Chain Management knowledge.
    • Ready to work in an international environment.
    • Good communication skills, fluent in English.
    • Initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness and enthusiasm.

    Experience in:

    • Experience in SAP or other IT implementation projects (e.g. as sub-project leader, key user or consultant)
    • Knowledge in SAP ERP PP (3/R and/or S4/HANA).
    • Extensive operational experience in plant maintenance (including OPRA, POKA).
    • Knowledge in BMLP is an advantage.
    • Knowledge in MES Systems is an advantage.
    • Minimum 3 years work experience in consulting or industry.
    • MDM knowledge as an advantage.
