- Designing, implementing and launching high-quality software systems to solve complex problems with big impact
- Working across a broad range of AWS technologies to build fullstack web applications, distributed systems software and automation workflows
- Collaborating with a diverse range of crossfunctional roles, including engineering, product, customers and business stakeholders across the company
- Promoting a culture of engineering excellence by establishing best practices and technical standards across the organization
- Consulting with engineers from across the organization on architecture and design of new systems to solve some of our hardest engineering problems
- 3+ years of noninternship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of noninternship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including objectoriented design
- Advanced written and spoken English level
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
