HP Store is looking for an experienced Product Owner with deep knowledge of the MS Dynamics 365 solution to join our worldwide program.

You will be responsible for the implementation, technical guidance, and ongoing changes of D365.

You will work closely with the delivery team to drive value against the program strategy and ensure continuous growth of the product over the long term.

Ensure that the user stories meet customer requirements through technical solution designs, implementation plans and full ownership of the D365 solution.


To be regarded as the go-to solution architect for D365, it is important to develop a deep understanding of the business needs, industry requirements, functional and technical aspects of D365.


You will ensure consistent implementation of deliveries through the agile development lifecycle, drive continuous product improvements in conjunction with software development team and business stakeholders.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide D365 functional, technical and operational implementation and expertise.
  • Ensure that user stories are in the clearly groomed state, with clear acceptance criteria, to meet the desired outcome.
  • Translate user stories into detailed requirements.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Liaise with program manager and project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Work closely with software development team to deliver quick timetomarket and optimal resources.
  • Ensure quality is top of the mind and be an advocate for it in the software development cycle by defining clear acceptance criteria before going to market.
  • Maintaining data management principles and structures, implementing controls for data integrity.
  • Be mindful of product technical debt.
  • Research and bring innovative ideas from the product vertical to the actual product.

Requirements:


  • 510 years of experience implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
  • PMP/PMI certification preferred.
  • Extensive experience with using project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.
