You will be responsible for Lead operations and material flow to ensure proper planning, production and delivery of crust to finishing plants; maintaining established inventory targets verify and collaborate with the control of the crust inventory, its proper use, creation of TIP's, monitoring to suppliers and ensure that finishing plants have adequate inventories for production on time and final delivery to the customer.

Your task will be

Monitor customer orders and plan requirements to ensure ontime delivery.
Constant communication with various internal customers as well as suppliers about the status of their orders.
Monitor and measure adherence to suppliers in desired volume, mix, and quality.
Track and expedite the salty green or crust when necessary.
Followup together with the quality, production and technical departments to the various production challenges for ontime delivery.
Ensure that established inventory metrics are met and adjust planning based on volumes and fluctuation.
Monitor and guarantee excess consumption, participate in slow move reduction activities.
Functional work with the different departments to manage releases, balance out and avoid obsolescence.
Coordination with Corporate and purchases on new orders to suppliers.
Follow up on the collections of green salty, crossing and delivery to the tanneries in time to achieve the goals of weekly soaking.
Coordination together with the logistics areas to guarantee the collections and deliveries of material on time.
Support the necessary certifications in the operation (SOX, CTPAT-OEA, ISO14001, IATF 16949, ISO 45001, LWF).
Give support to special projects of materials that are assigned.
