- Recruiting for diverse functional profilest, levels and skills.
- Conducting full life cycle recruitment of assigned profiles.
- Managinghiring manager expectations and communications.
- Reviewing job descriptions and Workday postings.
- Scheduling interviewsfor assigned recruiting team.
- Presenting job offer recommendations and closure of candidates.
- Analyzing and reporting data.
- Ensuring candidates are consistently and objectively evaluated according to established firm standards and processes.
- Focusing on delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
- Maintaining real time candidate tracking and systems data integrity in Workday.
- Sourcing talent through recruitment sources according to the recruitment strategy in each Segment/Sector (job boards, social networks, etc.).
- Selecting talentby evaluating potential candidates and identifying their skills, knowledge, experience and characteristics aligned to the business needs.
- Identifying, screening, interviewing and presentation of candidate slates to the business.
- Maintaining close communication with candidates during the complete recruitment process and giving an update of the process.
- Scheduling ofinterviews, experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) management, reporting experience including being able to pull data to develop recurring or one-time reports, build dashboard, maintain spreadsheets and other tools.
