- Identify gaps and pain points in the existing processes and drive improvements with local and global teams.
- Identify and analyze data on weekly, monthly and quarterly to isolate issues and collaborate with different Program and Product owners to determine long-term solutions
- Track progress of different initiatives and move quickly to get stakeholder help to manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives.
- Serves as the primary escalation point for both the local leadership teams and Program Managers on all topics related to the project.
- Drive adoption of internal mechanisms and performance metrics
- Addressing barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders.
- Communicating performance, articulating root-cause analysis and linking to specific improvement areas.
- Incorporate benchmarks from local competitors as well as best practices and lessons learned from other geographies to incorporate locally
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 2+ years of working cross functionally with nontech teams experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
