    Lead Design Projects

    • Lead design projects, from start to finish.

    Creative Production

    • Create and produce a wide range of design materials, including graphics, illustrations, layouts, presentations, and other creative assets for digital and print media.

    Client Collaboration

    • Work with clients directly on design tasks which support their growth and marketing activities.

    Quality Assurance

    • Review and provide constructive feedback on design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project goals.

    Team Collaboration

    • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and stakeholders to conceptualize and develop marketing campaigns.

    Requirements

    Experience Level Required: Mid-Level Experience Requirements:

    • Experience working in ad agency a huge plus
    • A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of designs (include link to portfolio).
    • Exceptional design skills, including a strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
    • Strategic thinking and a keen understanding of how design supports broader brand and business goals.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
