    You'll manage order changes and stock allocation to fulfill customer orders even when stock is limited, ensuring service and fill rate targets are met.

    Your Contribution:

    • Oversee order fulfillment, considering customer segment and channel mix
    • Balance supply constraints with delivery service levels through teamwork
    • Utilize appropriate tools for availability checks and stock allocation
    • Handle new product launches and withdrawals efficiently to boost sales and reduce losses

    Your Qualifications:

    • Strong numerical, analytical, and logical reasoning skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Advanced SAP skills
    • Background in FMCG/CPG
    • Experience in order-to-cash environment
    • Customer-facing role involvement in customer service, logistics, or sales
    • Familiarity with supply chain/order-to-cash process
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities

    Education/Certifications:

    • Preferably a professional degree, SAP knowledge, and expertise in electronic billing 4.0

    Specific Requirements:

    • Minimum 1 year of experience
    • SAP and intermediate-advanced Office skills
    • GATP - Global Availability to Promise / EDI: Automatic order entry

    Working Hours:

    • Monday to Saturday (with weekend availability when required)
