    About the team

    The team plays a key role in leading a top-notch team and defining the TikTok strategy for the Latin American market. They work on enhancing the value proposition for the local TikTok community and establishing strong partnerships with other regional teams to effectively implement this strategy.

    Main partners will involve regional leaders in sales, product development, communications, marketing, business growth, and policy.




    Responsibilities:

    • Localize and Customize Central and Regional Programs for Local Markets: Lead the customization of programs to address the specific needs and cultural nuances of the local market. Ensure programs can adapt while staying aligned with overall strategies.

    Operate Programs Efficiently:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of programs in local markets, optimizing program performance for maximum impact.

    Market Insights and Delivery of Outputs:

    • Collect and provide actionable market insights to Central and Regional teams to guide program adaptation and localization.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Maintain close communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of local programs.

    Team Leadership:

    • Manage and motivate a team, represent the team with cross-functional leadership stakeholders, and contribute to regional strategic discussions.

    Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Develop and implement key metrics to measure program success. Oversee the reporting of program performance and insights to drive continuous improvement. Provide regular reports on program performance and offer insights for ongoing enhancement.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 5 years of experience in program management, operations, or a related role.
    • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and cultural considerations.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Adaptability and agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional relationships.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
