- Administrar técnica y presupuestalmente todos los proyectos de ampliación, montajes o modificaciones de planta y equipos, herramentales, gestión de proyectos.
- Soportar, apoyar, desarrolla los proyectos para la planta encaminados al mejoramiento de la productividad y de los procesos.
- Implementar proyectos de ingeniería y procesos.
- Realizar presentaciones para nuevas inversiones.
- Sustentar inversiones.
- Controlar y dirigir todos los cambios inherentes a proyectos de ingeniería, procesos existentes en la planta.
- Validar técnica y económicamente en todos los proyectos a realizar tengan un retorno acorde al objetivo propuesto.
- Proponer y soportar soluciones, así como participar en la solución de problemas en el proceso.
- Participar en proyectos para mejorar los procesos.
- Definir proyectos de mejora y/o cambios, alcance y objetivos.
- Administrar la gestión de proyectos.
- Verificar la viabilidad de las inversiones a nuevos proyectos
- Verificar cambios en variables de proceso (órdenes de cambio en ingeniería)
- Mejorar continuamente a través del proceso de innovación (aportar, dar seguimiento e implantación de ideas, así como el monitoreo a ideas nuevas).
- Responsable de actividades relacionados con JCMS
- Carrera Profesional Terminada en áreas de Ingeniería
- Experiencia en Actividades Similares 5 años.
- Manejo de proyectos.
- Conocimientos básicos en manejos de herramientas de mejoramiento continuo ( Six-sigma, TMP, Lean MFG, 5's)
- Conocimientos en normas de ISO (TS16949), ISO18001, ISO14001.
