Located in our Toluca DC office, we are seeking a Distribution Data Analyst to join our global team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a growing team and influence the way we operate.

You will be majorly responsible for support the 3 Distribution Centers Managers on Management service suppliers, do special reports and interpretation of Key Metrics to guide on Data Driven decisions

Key responsibilities:

Get, review and create daily, weekly and monthly reports needed to support Distribution Operation of the three DC's in Mexico
Creates PO's and follow up on delivery and payment of service and support suppliers for the three DC's (Rent Payment, Electricity, Copiers Service, HSE equipment and training, Security, Meals Service)
Coordinate and make sure of special Invoicing Requirements for Aftermarket and OE Customers

ABOUT YOU

24 years of Distribution Experience
Bachelor's degree as Business Management or equivalent
Experience and knowledge on Continuous Improvement.
Knowledge and understanding of Distribution Processes
Knowledge on Business processes operation
Purchasing Experience
Prior experience in a high SKU count environment, preferred
Highly analytical with a strong excel knowledge and ability
Proven attention to detail and accuracy
Team player; provides proactive support of team members and shares best practices/knowledge
Selfmotivated keeping the needs of the business in the forefront
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and proven ability to facilitate collaboration in cross regional and multicultural teams
Fluent in English and Spanish
