    Técnico de Mantenimiento de edificio.

  • Es responsable de reparar y dar mantenimiento al edificio y equipo.

    • Bajo supervisión directa, puede desempeñar funciones de mecánica, electricidad, o mantenimiento, dependiendo del área que se le haya asignado como son: soldadura, electricidad, calefacción, refrigeración, ventiladores, extractores, plomería y mantenimiento de equipo industrial. Lee escribe y utiliza cálculos y medidas adecuadamente. Da cumplimiento a los programas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo; hace reparaciones generales del edificio, utilice toda clase de herramientas y equipo de mantenimiento. Al asignarle funciones como electricista, mantiene en buen estado el funcionamiento y seguridad de las instalaciones eléctricas y sistemas de alumbrado, calefacción, refrigeración y tableros de control de planta. Repara equipo eléctrico y maquinaria industrial.

    Requisitos:

  • Carrera técnica terminada.
  • Experiencia de 3 años mínimo en el puesto.
  • Amplios conocimientos de Refrigeración y Electricidad.
  • Soldadura, tablaroca, pintura y plomería.
  • Disponibilidad para cambios de turno.
