Descripción

We are seeking a CRM Specialist to join our playAWARDS Marketing team.

As a CRM Specialist at PLAYSTUDIOS, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our strategy and content to excite and engage our players through the effective use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and strategies.

Working closely with in-house design and copy teams, you will help to create and develop our player journeys and support all CRM operations for playAWARDS.This is an exciting opportunity to help grow audiences and increase engagement across current and new channels.

Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain CRM campaigns to streamline customer data management.
Develop and execute datadriven marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for growth.
Create and manage customer segments for targeted marketing efforts.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with CRM strategies.
Support team members on CRM tool usage and best practices and industry trends.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience working with CRM tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in CRM, customer relationship management, or a related role. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g. Braze, Salesforce). Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Detailoriented with a strong commitment to accuracy Creative problemsolving skills and adaptability Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.

Preferred

Experience with Jira, Asana, or Monday.
