    As a Production Supervisor Sr. you will be responsible for managing production performance, personnel issues and safety, health and security standards.

    Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure compliance of production based on the PDP/OPR of the area.
  • Ensure compliance with the 8 Quality Basics and their constant audits.
  • Ensure Quality compliance in the product based on customer requirements.
  • Ensure and ensure traceability of components and finished products on your lines
  • Ensure that production in the SAP system is matched with the information generated
  • Verify that equipment and operating personnel cycle times are in accordance with standard work.
  • Ensure the proper skills development of your staff through the Polyvalence and Training Plan
  • Find solution of production problems through QRCI line,QRCI of UAP or scaling production problems, quality, safety, Non TRS.

    • Key requirements:

  • 3-5 years in a similar position within the automotive industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial mechanical or other.
  • Staff Management.
  • Lean Manufacturing.
  • IATF, AMEF, Coretool.
  • Knowledge of adjustments or work in presses.
  • Manage with tool-switches.
  • Intermediate English
  • Leadership Autonomy Energy Responsibility
