    Lo que implica este trabajo Monitorea en sitio la operación de los sistemas críticos del centro de datos de colocación verificando que el propietario del centro de datos y su equipo de trabajo cumplen con los acuerdos de niveles de servicio acordados conCliente.

    Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de Chief Engineer Data Centerr para unirse a nuestro equipo:

    L unes a viernes de 9 :00 a 18 :00 hs .

    Con diponibilidad para laborar fines de semana, constantemente Modalidad de trabajo :

    ¿ Cuál es tu día a día?
    (
    Reporta las circunstancias imprevistas que ocurren en el sitio y proporciona retroalimentación relevante al cliente como sea necesario.

    Monitorea que la ejecución de las ordenes de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y reactivo estén dentro de los tiempos acordados en los acuerdos de servicios (SLAs), y escala los temas que no pueden ser resueltos de manera rápida.

    Verificar que las instalaciones de líneas de energía regulada a equipos de tecnología de información, relocalizaciones y decomisionamientos, deben ser realizados de acuerdo con lo establecido en los acuerdos de niveles de servicio (SLAs), los procesos del cliente, los estándares de los fabricantes y los estándares de la industria.

    Verificar que los proyectos de las instalaciones de equipos electromecánicos que realice el propietario deben estar dentro de las ventanas de tiempo acordadas en los acuerdos de niveles de servicios (SLAs), los procesos del Cliente, los estándares de los fabricantes y los estándares de la industria.

    Dar soporte a los proyectos del Cliente en sus instalaciones.

    Realizar recorridos e inspecciones diarias en las áreas ocupadas por el Cliente para verificar limpiezas, estados de equipos y registrar los hallazgos.

    Verificar que todos los equipos nuevos son instalados de acuerdo con los estándares del Cliente, los estándares del fabricante y los estándares de la industria.

    Asegurarse que todos los registros son actualizados de acuerdo con los cambios realizados y que toda la documentación correspondiente en todos los procesos relacionados es actualizada.

    Tomar la responsabilidad completa del manejo de las comunicaciones entre el cliente y el equipo operativo del propietario para asegurar que todos los requerimientos se cumplen.

    Informar al Cliente de todas las actividades de mantenimiento que requieren documentarse a través del sistema de control de cambios del ClientePara todas las actividades de mantenimiento o proyectos, ingresar los controles de cambios en el sistema del Cliente y darle seguimiento a su aprobación.

    Realizar los reportes mensuales requeridos por el cliente.
    Proporcionar al Cliente información de todos los proyectos de capital del sitio.
    Dar soporte a las auditorías de ingeniería y calidad que ejecute JLL, Cliente u otra entidad.

    Revisar y aprobar los procedimientos específicos de trabajo (MOP) que someta el propietario para cambios en las instalaciones y mantenimientos mayores.

    Asiste al sitio en fines de semana para monitorear la carga critica cuando se realizan mantenimientos electromecánicos mayores.

    Experiencia y habilidades técnicas deseadas Solo Ingeniero Electricista, o Ingeniero electromecánico (con especialidad en Ingeniería eléctrica).inglés FluidoManejo de ExcelConocimiento básico de estándares de centros de datos, como uptime.

    Cálculo de circuitos eléctricos monofásicos y trifásicos.
    Buena capacidad analítica.
    Proactividad.-Análisis de riesgos como Causa-efecto, Análisis modo efecto falla, AMEFConocimientos en : Sistemas electromecánicos de soporte a centros de datos: Equipos UPS, Generadores, subestaciones, PDUs, sistemas contra incendio, Operación de sistemas críticos de un centro de datos, Estándares uptime Location:
