- Develop Estimates and proposal writing.
- Identify Proposal Inclusions
- Propose and Estimate alternate Solutions, when applicable
- Build relationships between internal customers.
- Ability to lead and align stakeholders during proposal KOMs.
- Supporting Cross-LOB projects
- Oversee the E2E process for finalizing a technocommercial proposal.
- Proposal Project Management
YOU MUST HAVE: - Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical area.
- 2 years+ experience in a Sales Support function / Proposal and Estimation
- Basic knowledge of Honeywell's approach to Cyber security
- Fluent in English (writing/speaking)
- minimum B2 level

- An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.
- Strong numerical aptitude
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Package
- Six Sigma experience is a plus.
- Experience with project specials estimations. (Unreleased products or notfully productized)
