    MISSION:
    Within AMC Logistics team, with a perimeter covering one or several purchasing IS tools,
    the Logistics Payment Specialist is a reference for knowledge of the metier practices and related purchasing IS tools. He/she works on business topics with local teams, P2P and AMC logistics network, in order to :

    • Ensure the best execution performance of Purchase to Pay (P2P), from request to invoice payment, applying Group standards, local legal and fiscal rules, using properly information systems ... in order to reach business targets

    • Provide support to team members : training, key-user role, quality, internal control..., questions on process, P2P tools and local context

    • Animate continuous progress : escalate dysfunctions and make proposals for improvements to Zone P2P operations manager, contribute to yearly goals definition within his/her competencies scope, in accordance with Central guidelines within the perimeter.

    KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Measure and improve process efficiency : Paid on time, number of "on hold" invoices, SLA compliance, weekly KPI with AP...
  • Solve process issues in order to pay suppliers on time: management of on hold invoices flow (evolutions analysis, reminder to users, mitigation plans proposal).
  • Propose improvements and IS solutions in his/her perimeter (including documentation and sharing with the network) , together with local managers and IS support
  • Identify and address data quality issues, recurring issues (recurring issues rate), and follow-up the resolution
  • Depending on local procedures, centralize the needs to open tickets in connection with level 1 or 2 IS/IT support (helpdesk, IS platform)
  • Ensure training and change management of users
  • Maintain the training material provided by project teams in local language /propose improvements, logistics payment team leader.
  • Update documentation on practices and tools in the scope (local procedures, operating modes...)
  • Contribute to change management by sharing key messages on process and/or tools evolutions.
  • Contribute to the mapping of the risks in his/her perimeter (in accordance with process/scope mapping)

    • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with experience handling invoices and following up with clients/suppliers.
  • Software: Oracle and Tradeshift.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Skills: decision making, results orientation, resilience, adaptability and networking.
