    Job Description:

    Generate and ensure the accomplishment of the shipments plan, exports and imports at the best rate/reliability ratio through the coordination of carriers and logistic suppliers and ensure that the international 3PLs are showing correct inventories information upon Finished Goods in-bond and duty paid reception.


    Responsabilities:
    Schedule the pickup of Finished Goods with the carriers and distilleries. Ensure the on-time arrival and correct documentation required from the carriers before loading at the distilleries. Ensure all exports and imports documents are complete and correct. Coordinate the pickup and delivery of materials from suppliers and 3PLs, when required, to the distilleries.

    Ensure that the Finished Goods delivered in the international warehouses are shown in their systems no later than 48 hours after the reception.

    Ensure the international 3PL warehouses receive and download the containers no later than 24 hours after their arrival. Ensure all in-bond and duty paid inventories are shown in real time at the international 3PL warehouses. Support the monthly physical inventory counts at the distilleries and 3PL. Maintain the shipments master planner (SMP) up to date. Track the distribution cost per case.

    Report the monthly Finished Goods outbound from distilleries to the 3PLs to the Supply Chain Manager and Operations Director Requirements:

    BA or BSc in International Trade and Commerce APICS CSCP or similar (Desired) At least 5 years in Logistics Management.

    (Required) At least 3 years in the spirits industry Shipments Planning and Scheduling Mexico and USA Distribution, Logistics and Customs Processes Carriers and Customs Broker Management English and Spanish Bilingual (Business) Advanced MS Office Excel Warehouse Management (Desired) Oracle Netsuite (Desired) Inventory Management (Desired)
