    Propósito del puesto

    Brindar soporte especializado a cada una de las BU asignado con el fin de mantener los equipos en óptimas condiciones de trabajo y sin riesgos de seguridad, calidad y producción.

    Identificar e implementar acciones de reducción de tíempos muertos en las diferentes BU de la planta buscando la productividad, calidad y seguridad de cada una de las áreas asignadas.

    Cumplir con los estándares de las BPM ́s para asegurar la inocuidad y calidad de nuestros productos. Conocer, cumplir y mantener los requerimientos de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente aplicables a su puesto.

    Resumen de actividades clave

    Analizar los problemas sistemáticamente para eliminar desde la causa raíz las fallas que generen cuellos de botella en cada una de las BU, retroalimentando al Programador de Mantenimiento sobre modificaciones y mejoras en los Planes Preventivos y refaccionamiento.

    Realizar análisis para disminuir el riesgo en equipos, implementar nuevos métodos de trabajo seguro para técnicos en cada uno de los equipos.

    Intervenir en "fallas críticas" en equipos y maquinaria realizando ajustes, reparaciones y/o cambio de piezas con su respectiva verificación, documentar los procedimientos para entrenamiento a técnicos.

    Revisión y mejora de Planes Preventivos en coordinación con el Programador de Mantenimiento.

    Implementar procedimientos para el armado / desarmado y ajustes de equipos críticos. Brindar apoyo y capacitación en los procesos y técnicas de trabajo.
