    Descripción resumida del trabajo:
    Liderar y Coordinar el equipo de SQE's asi como el area de inspeccion de entrada, para garantizar que los componentes de compra directa cumplan con los requisitos de diseño. Responsable de establecer y estandarizar los procesos y controles para el Asugramiento de la Calidad de los Proveedores en la Planta de manera sistematica.



    Responsabilidades:
    • Coordinar el área de inspección recibo
    • Coordinacion y seguimiento a las tareas de PPAPs de proveedores y la aprobación de los mismos.
    • Estandarización de Proceso de Acciones de Contención en Planta, para atacar problemas de Calidad de Proveedores de forma sistemática
    • Capacitación a personal de nuevo ingreso en las diferentes áreas del puesto, tales como: ETQ, PPAPs, WINDCHILL, SCARS.
    • Gestionar cargos a proveedor por cuestiones de no calidad y derivados, ademas de administrar las actividades para obtención de RMAs e MRB.
    • Evaluar y asignar el panel de proveedores a través de métricos como PPM's, visitas y seguimiento a las acciones correctivas.
    • Liderar implementación de Programa de CPs y CPKs para componentes críticos con CFs , ademas de representar al equipo en planeacion como el Hoshin Kanri de la planta.
    • Proveer el soporte necesario al área de Sourcing en el proceso de localización de Proveedores (Proceso PPAP)
    • Coordinar compañas de inspección y/o retrabajos para evitar paro de línea.
    • Asegurar la oportuna implementación de cambios de ingeniería para componentes de compra relacionado a PPAP.
    • Mejorar el First Pass Yield y Reportes.
    • Soportar a Manufactura en temas de proveedores para maximizar la calidad y fiabilidad del producto.

    Calificaciones:

    • Ingeniería Mecánica, Industrial o carrera afin
    • Mínimo 10 años es puesto similar.
    • Liderazgo, Negociacion, Trabajo en Equipo, Inglés (capaz de mantener conversaciones de negocios, Habilidad para liderar equipos.
    • Conocimiento de normas de Calidad (ISO 9001)
    • Evaluación de PPAPs. (Core tools)
    • interpretación de planos y tolerancias geométricas.
    • Conocimiento de instrumentos de medición.
    • Control estadístico y Análisis del Sistema de Medición (MSA).
