This is a hybrid position in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

Responsibilities:

Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems utilizing industrystandard algorithms and tools.
Collaborate with development staff to determine operational requirements for test/production environments.
Keep current with emerging software enhancements, security patches, and bug fixes.
Monitor system capacity and performance through APM tools, plan and execute disaster recovery procedures, and provide Tier 2 technical support.
Possess excellent analytical skills, a resiliency mindset, attention to detail (especially in the production environment), and excellent collaboration and communication skills (verbal and written).
Be highly flexible in hours of work due to the customerfacing, highly available infrastructure necessity.

Qualifications:

3 to 7 years of experience in production support.
Strong experience with Linux command line and operating systems.
Strong experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Docker, Maven.
