    Sector / Departmento

    1. Supervisar y coordinar las actividades del personal que está involucrado en una o más tareas de producción.

    2. Estudia los programas de producción y estima los requerimientos de hora hombre para completar el trabajo asignado.

    3. Analizar y resuelve problemas de trabajo o asiste a los trabajadores en resolver problemas del mismo.

    4. Recomienda o inicia acciones de personal, tales como ascensos, transferencias, bajas, y medidas disciplinarias.

    5. Puede entrenar a los nuevos trabajadores y asegurar que los sistemas de calidad requeridos como QSR e ISO 13485 sean seguidos.

    6. Mantiene registros sobre tiempos y producción.

    7. Puede estimar, requerir o inspeccionar materiales.

    8. Tiene junta con otros supervisores para coordinar las actividades de los departamentos individuales.

    9. Requiere que tenga un conocimiento general de las actividades en las cuales sus trabajadores están involucrados y asegurar que los procedimientos internos se estén siguiendo todo el tiempo.

    10. Crear y ejecutar instrucciones para disposición de material no conforme.

    11. Mantener y desarrollar mejoras en la línea de producción.

    12. Liderar equipo de investigación de causas raíces (CAPA, QNC).

    13. Implementar el plan de acciones para CAPA y/o QNC.

    14. Coordinar corridas de producción para validaciones.

    Calificaciones Requeridas:

    Educación: Título Profesional.

    Experiencia: En puestos similares, Mínimo 3 años experiencia en procedimientos estándares de Calidad QSR (GMP), manufactura, ensamble, y empaque de producto médico.

    Idioma: Inglés Intermedio.

    Calificaciones Deseables:

    Conocimiento Especializado: Manejo de Office , FDA, ISO 13485.
