- Creación de programas de mantenimiento
- Supervisar la implementación de todas las iniciativas y programas aprobados,
- Gestionar proveedores de servicios, contratistas y empleados de mantenimiento para lograr los objetivos.
- Control de proveedores y contratistas
- Llevar en tiempo y forma los mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos
- Realizar planes de mantenimiento mensuales
- Análisis de Riesgos
- Titulado preferentemente de las carreras de Ing. Civil, Ing Industrial, Ing eléctrico o a fin
- Inglés Intermedio (Deseable)
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en el puesto
- Sólidos conocimientos técnicos en Subestaciones, Compresores de Aire, HVAC, Generadores, UPS, PCI, CCTV, Sistema de Bombeo,
- Experiência administrativa, en: control presupuestal, órdenes de compra, manejo de indicadores, Capex
