- Provide assistance to employees' queries and requests, ensuring top-notch customer service.
- Guarantee a smooth onboarding process for new hires by handling all onboarding aspects accurately and promptly, including communication with new hires.
- Oversee employee data modifications, including overseeing and upholding employee files and master data.
- Maintain the integrity of employee and organizational data during administrative processes, adhering to data management protocols and procedures.
- Spot opportunities for improvement in services and HR systems and implement enhancements.
- Handle queries related to HR system usage.
- Execute various HR operational duties such as: data input, responding to employment verification requests, managing the E-verify process, conducting background checks, collaborating with payroll, and ensuring comprehensive upkeep of employee records to maintain data integrity.
- Arrange interviews for candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely updates, and adaptability to changes. Keep close contact with hiring managers and interview panels to provide regular updates during the interview stages.
- Could aid in the coordination of other special projects as required.

Main Purpose of Position
We are in search of a driven and meticulous individual, who will contribute to a positive atmosphere for all our clients, to join our Human Resources People Services Team. You will have the chance to juggle different and captivating tasks. Our Human Resources Representatives team offers support for employee benefits such as medical, dental, rewards and recognition, and processing transactions in our Human Capital Management (HCM) System for employee data changes. Some examples of these modifications include manager, manufacturing shift, cost center, and work location changes.
