Accounting Travel & Expense Specialist to our team to help support our growth


The Role:


The Location:
Based in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.


The Responsibilities:


  • Processing of travel and related expense reports on a global expense reporting platform for multiple businesses.
  • Review general ledger accounts, cost centers & VAT.
  • Resolve any expense report discrepancies or issues with users.
  • Process employee reimbursements.
  • Reconciliation of expenses to credit cards.
  • Providing reports to businesses.

The Requirements:


  • 2+ years of accounting experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working with expense reports.
  • Knowledge of Excel, with ability to work within basic spreadsheets, databases and systems.
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to learn new skills.
  • Attentive, ability to work independently and problem solving.
  • Prioritize tasks with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Strong work ethic with cooperative mindset.


  • Bilingual

  • English and Spanish.
