Lear Corporation - Nuevo Leon, Mexico, Apodaca Plant (Presential)

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as
Automation Engineer based in our
Apodaca Plant (Apodaca, Nuevo Leon, Mexico).

As a member of the Maintenance team, you will be responsible to use technology to improve, refine and automate production processes.

Your Task will be:

Improvement of industrial processes, automation.
Oriented to solutions of machinery problems.
Machine programming.
Monitoring the operation of robots.
Leader of the group of technicians of the maintenance shift.
Management of suppliers.
Working knowledge of instrumentation and control panel hardware.
Program and troubleshooting of processes including robotic and PLC solution.
Assist in the creation of manual and operating procedures as needed.
Interface with different engineering departments to improve manufacturing and maintenance performance.
Develop solution to improve safety, reduce downtime and the overall productivity.
Able to create schematics and BOM.

To be successful in this role you will need:

Education: Bachelor's degree/Engineering level.
At least 5 years of experience in automatization process.
Strong skills in PLC programming.
Knowledge at Siemens Tia portal, Sysmac Studio, CX one program, Industrial Robots.
Variable shift availability.
Advanced English.
