- Key communication channel between the manufacturing areas and the functional areas of Quality, Planning, Materials, Maintenance and Engineering.
- Ensure that production plans are met with the highest established quality standards and in the correct time.
- Facilitate and ensure the creation of work teams to solve repetitive and systemic problems.
- Facilitate and ensure the creation of work teams for the continuous improvement of manufacturing KPIs.
- Maintain your area of responsibility within the total parameters of 5S.
- Actively participate in the strategic boards of Production Forecast, SIOP and Plant Manning.
- Establish the goals of key indicators and periodically evaluate the performance of the personnel under your charge.
- Facilitate problem-solving strategies.
- Motivate outstanding performance, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Education:
- 4+ Years on similar positions within the wire harness automotive industry.
- Advanced Excel.
- Problem solving skills.
- Leadership.
- English Advanced Level.
