- Verifies document quality; quality checks include machine setup, tap, test, print, and indicia verification
- The primary responsibility of this position will be to index incoming claims documents by entering the claim number or locating by research, associating the correct exposure for the type of document received and labeling the appropriate document type for system generated routing to the claim rep.
- Creates contingency plans and develops alternative solutions
- May manage data reports and process documents across departments
- Is responsible for all setup processes and maintaining supply levels; identifies problems via troubleshooting and corrects problem or seeks assistance, as needed
- Performs and/or assists in converting machines for processing setup, to include flattofold or foldtoflat, and paper size changes, as dictated by jobFunctional Skills
- Can establish standards, procedures, and benchmarks to minimize potential problems within functional area
