- Monitorear los cambios en las leyes y regulaciones de Aduanas y otras agencias reguladoras donde las entidades de Baxter participan en actividades de importación y exportación y comunicar los cambios relevantes a la comunidad comercial afectada de Baxter.
- Ayudar en el desarrollo y liderar la implementación regional de procesos y procedimientos estándar a nivel mundial.
- Apoyar el diseño y la implementación de un marco de comercio global eficiente, compatible y rentable de extremo a extremo, utilizando estrategias creativas de vanguardia para optimizar los flujos comerciales.
- Representa los intereses de Baxter, en cooperación con la gerencia empresarial local, el departamento legal y los asesores en asuntos relacionados con el comercio global. Esto incluye: gestionar respuestas a solicitudes gubernamentales; y gestionar auditorías aduaneras durante las visitas a las instalaciones de Baxter.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con las operaciones locales (logística, planificación y fabricación) para integrar perfectamente las actividades de comercio global en la operación general.
- Ayudar a definir oportunidades de planificación estratégica para operaciones comerciales, mantener un equipo de Comercio Global dedicado y de alto rendimiento que realice de manera efectiva actividades de cumplimiento y establezca relaciones con las instalaciones y/o el personal del país para comprender las operaciones existentes/futuras.
- Título grado universitario de Negocios internacionales, Cadena de suministro, Logística, Importación/Exportación o afines. Maestría deseable.
- 5 a 7 años de experiencia afín al puesto
- Conocimiento práctico de las leyes y regulaciones de importación y exportación.
- Conocimiento de conceptos y modelos de cadena de suministro, gestión de pedidos, financiación comercial.
- Debe tener conocimientos tecnológicos; se prefiere tener experiencia en la implementación de software de comercio global.

Apoyar y proporcionar supervisión para todas las actividades regionales de comercio global, incluidas las actividades de importación, exportación, ahorro de derechos y programas de comercio especial. Ayudar a definir oportunidades de planificación estratégica para operaciones comerciales, mantener un equipo de Comercio Global dedicado y de alto rendimiento que realice de manera efectiva actividades de cumplimiento y establezca relaciones con las instalaciones y/o el personal del país para comprender las operaciones existentes/futuras.
