- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues related to installation and services.
- Maintain comprehensive records of installation activities and safety measures.
- Prepare regular reports on quality and safety performance for management review.
- Document and report any non-compliance issues and corrective actions.
- Evaluate and monitor the performance of external contractors.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure vendor compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Provide comprehensive assessments of vendor and contractor capabilities.
- Secure Security Travel Management for all interventions in the region.
- Ensure strict control and vigilance of PPE setup and availabilities.
- Interact with Sourcing for suppliers' evaluations and correction plans.
- Drive Communications and initiatives with other functions related to QHSE&E.
- Track and analyze incident reporting for compliance.
- Conduct accident/illness investigations and communicate with relevant parties.
- Inspect workplaces to ensure safety standards compliance.
- Evaluate safety deficiencies and communicate related documentation.
- Conduct safety training programs and provide regular reporting on status.
- Lead employee health and safety orientations.
- Implement site changes to promote safe behavior.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or related field.
- Fluency in English/Spanish is required.
- Portuguese proficiency is advantageous.
- DC-5 Certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience teaching safety standards in Latin America.
- Experience in the Beverage Industry.
- QHS&E Certifications.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% in Latin America and 10% internationally.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
