    Personal Assistant

    Advanced English Spoken and Written

    Provide comprehensive administrative support to the manager, managing calendars, emails, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    Serve as the CEOs first point of contact, handling correspondence with discretion and professionalism.

    RequirementsBachelors degree in business administration, HR, or related fieldHave your own car.
    Advanced English, 80 of the activities are in this language, both written and oral C1,Intermediate command of Office tools.
    Experience of 3 years as ASSISTANT MANAGERPERSONAL.Experience in the purchasing area is desirable, preferably in OEM companies.
    Experience as an assistant, event organization, agenda control, supportmanagement and staff.
    Knowledge in billing.


    ActivitiesBe responsible for a wide range of activities, from administrative tasksbasicRelevant experience of providing administrative and secretarial supportEstablish effective office systems and procedures.

    Work without supervision.
    Treat confidential information with a diplomatic style.
    Reservation of spaces and equipment.
    Flight and accommodation reservation.
    Agenda control.
    Planning and logistics of events.
    Control of supplies and stationery.
    Prepare brochures.
    Make travel arrangements when required by the management level.
    Assist in the marketing of events and services.
    Ensure that there is a constant stock of office supplies by carrying outpurchase orders to our suppliers.
    Support at the directive and managerial level.
    Maintain the agenda and organize internalexternal meetings with various interfaces.
    Manage all necessary administrative support such as organizing travelbusiness.
    RequirementsMaintain and update all relevant data needed by the area.
    Time and attendance record.

    Coordinate communication between the Purchasing Manager and the head of other departments,as well as arranging alignment sessions with external contacts.

    Support in the preparation of all steps related to the incorporation ofnew employeeswelcome procedure.
    Search for spaces for events, organization of delegation visitsSuppliers worldwide, Internal, AutomotiveGroups, Official Functions, Government Organization within thePurchasing responsibility.
