    Descripción

    Summary:

    This position requires a Jira & Confluence expert working on AWS cloud with 4-6 years of experience. This position needs the person to work closely with Developer experience team in India and keen to learn other collaboration tools like Aha & iObeya. Must be able to independently support applications during NAM region working hours

    Responsibilities:

    Support JIRA and Confluence end users

    Install and support in evaluating JIRA plugins and integrations

    Develop queries using JQL and SQL

    Perform Migration activities between multiple instances

    Maintain Life Cycle management of Confluence and JIRA instances

    Communicate to end user community on releases, upgrades & outages

    Monitor the Jira Performance using tools like Dynatrace and ensure to act when thresholds are crossed.

    -Work closely with Indian counterparts for weekend LTS upgrades

    Qualifications

    Required Skills:

    4 to 6 years of experience on JIRA & Confluence administration and Support

    Experience in evaluation of JIRA plugins and integrations

    Experience in migration of Jira instance migrations

    Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Must be a quick learner and willing to take up additional tools to support

    Adhere to support SLA and provide quality support to end users

    Good to have Skills:

    Knowledge on Aha & iObeya tools is a plus
