Job Description:


About Job**Manage the quality of information, emphasizing continuous improvement, defining actions and opportunities that guarantee that people and processes work and are executed correctly. Assure the training and growth of quality executives from assigned countries, being the SPOC of their country or countries assigned, to be the benchmark for quality in their processes in each production.


Responsibilities:


  • Execute and guarantee quality in the activities programmed on a daily basis
  • Keep track of activities performed and report errors in production.
  • Operate the processes in accordance with established instructions and guidelines, adhering to the management model defined by the operation.
  • 360 analysis on processes, countries, events around the quality issues of your assigned country or countries.
  • Participation and leadership in local and global projects.
  • Management and leadership of work teams.
  • Adjust the monthly, weekly and daily production according to the inconveniences that might arise in the operation in agreement with PM.
  • Attend operational requirements (inputs request for analysis, verification of performed procedures, category information, information on particular items).
  • Measurement of KPI'S globally.
  • Securing RCAS

Qualifications:


About you
Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the execution of quality plans in its assigned production.

Have the knowledge of what happens at the level of quality in your operation and know where the issues go, generating recommendations and initiatives to improve quality.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree: Administration or Industrial Engineering with emphasis on quality or Technical Career.
  • Experience: 4 years.
  • Certificaciòn GREEN BELT (preferente)

Advanced English:


  • Advanced Excel management (pivot tables, filters, formulas, shortcuts, macros).
  • Capacity for inventiveness and innovation of ideas aimed at improving processes.
