    • Desarrolla el mantenimiento preventivo en las máquinas y sus herramientas
    • Capacita y da soporte al personal de producción en las diferentes áreas de trabajo a las que pertenece.
    • Realiza inventario mensual en herramienta de trabajo.
    • Analiza y ejecuta el plan de producción requerido de acuerdo a la demanda semanal y mensual del área a las que pertenece.
    • Capacidad para realizar ajustes en 3 o más maquinas.
    • Comprende las especificación y dibujos del producto para realizar los ajustes en la maquinas.
    • Desarrolla ajustes en las maquinas de acuerdo a las necesidades de producción.
    • Realiza analisis en las herramientas para requerir reparaciones o mantenimientos en ellas.
    • Realiza reparaciones menores en las fixturas y en las maquinas
    • Brinda soporte a Ingenieria para realizar muestras y evaluaciones de fixturas y/o nuevas herramientas.
    • Desarrolla ajustes en un corto periodo de tiempo.
    • Capacidad para realizar ajustes de precisión en las maquinas.
    • Trabaja con el departamento de Calidad para cumplir con las especificaciones del producto.
    • Opera mas de dos maquinas e inspección el material durante la producción.
    • Ejecuta las instrucciones de acuerdo a los procedimientos o ayudas visuales.
    • Desarrolla el despeje de linea y las formas de inspección de proceso.
    • Realiza inspecciones bajo microscopio.
    • Maneja equipos de medición (Micrómetro, Calibrador vernier, comparador óptico).
    • Documenta los resultados de produccion de las maquinas que utiliza y escanea las ordenes de trabajo en el sistema.
    • Mantiene limpia su area de trabajo y las maquinas que utiliza.
    • Desarrolla ajustes en las maquinas para mantener la calidad del producto.
    • Trabaja de pie durante el turno laboral
      .
