    Description:

    _Gordian Staffing, A New Way of HR_Founded in 2019, Gordian Staffing helps small and medium-sized enterprises in the United States and Canada with specialized services and provides high-quality people solutions remotely. Our headquarters is in Omaha, Nebraska. Abroad, we have offices in Guadalajara and Mexico City.
    Our client offers professional management services that consistently handle the details of their state's legal requirements.

    Their company has over 195 years of experience managing all types of associations, including the full range of properties from small to large, single-family homes and villas to high-rise, urban, suburban, waterfront, and golf course communities.

    We are looking for a
    Financial Assistant to support the following
    responsibilities:

    • Record accounting data into the software.
    • Support AR with billing and deposits.
    • Support the AP team by forwarding the invoices to the correct manager for its approval and contacting the vendors to fix invoice issues.
    • Prepare records for release.
    • Regular reconciliations.

    Schedule:


    Monday to Friday:

    • Regular schedule: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Mexico City time
    • During daylight saving in the U

    S:
    7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mexico City time.

    Requirements:

    • 2 years of experience in Administrative roles High school diploma or recently graduated from accounting, finance, or administration. Excellent written communication. Understanding of accounting principles in English (general accounts, debits and credits, double entry records) Strong data entry skills
